ATL Composites has been manufacturing WEST SYSTEM® epoxy products in New Zealand and Australia, under licence to Gougeon Brothers Inc, USA, since 1977.

Initially ATL supplied WEST SYSTEM® epoxy into the professional boat building industry in New Zealand for cold-moulded and traditional wooden boat manufacture and that market still remains intact today. During the 80’s, ATL opened an office in Australia, and during that period, were instrumental in the promotion of cedar strip construction (timber composite) for both professional and amateur construction in both countries, with WEST SYSTEM® epoxy as an integral part of the construction techniques.

Today, WEST SYSTEM® epoxy is a marine industry standard used for everything from basic long-lasting repairs to the construction of high-performance composite structures.

ATL Composites has enjoyed steady growth in Australia for over 40 years. An extensive Distribution / Dealer network has been established in every State and Territory to ensure that WEST SYSTEM® marine epoxy products are backed with local supply and technical support.
